Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop 1st December

Are you interested in attending an Ayurvedic cooking workshop, to be conducted by Dr Neelesh Korde who runs an Ayurveda practice in Goa, and is in Bristol next week (last minute but will be a great evening!) First come first served as strictly limited to 8 people!
What: Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop with Dr Neelesh Korde, to include:
- demonstration of cooking a 4 course meal following Ayurvedic guidelines and dinner!
- a 45 minute talk on the basic concepts of Ayurveda and food in particular
- demonstration of the six tastes and effects they have on the body
When: Wednesday 1st December, 6pm-10pm
